What a dream it was to find Kommerina and where to start with this review…. I think best to start with the fact that she found our dream home before if went to market, and we escaped the entire bidding war. If it weren’t for her proactive nature and excelled relationships with other selling agents, we would likely not be in our new home and will be forever grateful to her for that. Other reasons why I would highly recommend her services: 1. Extremely Communicative and Responsive Kommerina is very easy to reach, extremely prompt at replying and was able to answer and walk us through the many questions and concerns we had as first time buyers. 2. If you send her a link to a property it’s highly likely she will have an appointment booked within 24 hours. 3. Takes care of everything – Literally. Kommerina booked all of our inspections with reliable, well priced local contractors, walked us through the legal documents line by line, introduced us to the best mortgage broker, thoroughly reviewed documents and makes you feel so supported throughout the entire process. She truly cares for her clients and has so much heart and passion for what she does which is really evident in her work. We have found that to be quite rare in this business. 4. She fights for you! I can give many examples here of ways Kommerina fought for contract revisions, price adjustments, walk through changes etc. To sum it up, she knows what she is doing and will ensure you everything you want in a home.
