The first time we met Kommerina, we felt very comfortable. We never felt that comfortable with other agents as with her: her hearfelt smile & her indiscriminative gestures (we felt unimportant with a number of agents that we met). With her we could tell that she was interested with what we had to say. We felt that we could tell her everything, including reasons why we did not like the houses that she has shown us and she was very patient. But the characters that we were so happy with her as our agent is her responsiveness. She is prompt & she acts fast. She is always on top of everything. She also works hard for her clients. I have never seen an agent who worked so hard as Kommerina. But in the midst of that, we had fun looking for a house. She was a joy to work with, we had good laughs.
